test margins

BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
When a figure is not visible, Scilab does not manage to compute correct margins of an axe in a frame. In fact, axes margins contain some %nan so that
the graphic does not appear. The first workaround is to set figure visible property to "on", but the figure creation is not pretty. And the second
one is to set auto_margins to "off", but we loose the advantage of this property...
