BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
The scilab gui is extremely difficult to work with on HiDPI displays, such as on the Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro series which has a 3200x1800 resolution on a
13-inch screen. At first start-up scilab windows open in what looks like tiny sizes and completely unreadably small fonts. That is easily corrected
because once the windows are drag-resized they remember their sizes on next use. The fonts are ok if one goes to preferences and uses some super-size
fonts such as size 30. Even then the desktop shows as in the attachment. Of special concern are the following:
* The file-browser is impossible to read, big letters for file/dir names squeezed into tiny-height cells
* The variable browser suffers from the same problem
* The Demonstrations window is tiny and all its fonts are unreadably small
* The Help Browser has text in fonts that overlap all over the place; this corrects itself on either text zooming in and out, or upon resizing the
browser window
* The Graphic window is always tiny in size and all text in the graphic windows are unreadably small too, despite specifying 30 for font-size in
Preferences across board
* All toolbars are tiny and it is very difficult to actually click on any of those tiny toolbar icons.

There should be a mechanism to auto-detect a HiDPI resolution and scale the interface up by a factor of 2 or something automatically. Simply setting
large fonts does not help, as is clear from the attached screenshot.
