SUNDIALS now includes ARKode to use additive Runge-Kutta methods, with settable Butcher tables!

NB: ARKode uses variable-size steps

The aforementioned commit is still good to merge as of now, but on the long run one would probably want to merge Sundials 2.6.1 in Xcos,
with fixed-size step and a special interface to set Butcher tables.
