BUG DESCRIPTION:

On the administration page of a module, once for the item
"ATOMS packaging system : This module aims at being included into the ATOMS packaging system ?"
"Yes" has been checked and validated, checking "No" afterwards is never taken into account: the radio button "YES" stands always checked. It is no
longer possible to change this option.

By the way, this feature is not documented. The consequences of this choice are not clear.
