script to demonstrate the slowness of the save function

BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
When saving large and complex tlists, the save function takes about 200 time more time to execute, resulting in a file 13.5 times larger than with
the previous file format.
Saving a regular matrix of about the same size in memory does not reveal such a time and file size difference.

ERROR LOG:
----------

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
-------------------------
Execute attached script and compare file sizes and execution times shown on the console

OTHER INFORMATION:
------------------
Scilab 5.5.2-64bits running on Windows 7 with 16Gb of RAM.
