power page in RTL version (PDF): version 3

Hello Mehran,

Thanks a lot for your comments.
In the first version, you have omitted to point that codes snippets like A(i,j)^b(i,j) become ((A(i,j)^b(i,j
It is corrected in the second version.
I have taken the second version as the base, and corrected things for items in the list.
For the path: I am afraid that it won't be possible (i mean: rather difficult) to revert its direction. The browser inverts only the part(s) that is
in Persian language. This makes things puzzled. By the way, this would require changing the content, since ">" should become "<". The easiest way to
do this would be to post-process the HTML (so after having generated it with the Java builder, so in the .sci routine).
The only thing is that it becomes right-justified.
The result is attached.

It would be nice to get and provide a page also including an History section (that is a table with 2 columns), and a regular table (with at least 2
columns), to test these features.

All these tests are built by hand, changing the HTML by hand. This is to agree about the required renderings.
After that, i will spend some time to implement things in the builder.

Best regards

PS : Scinotes had some RTL facilities, that were crushed by this commit
https://codereview.scilab.org/#/c/18147/
for instance in the file
https://codereview.scilab.org/#/c/18147/3/scilab/modules/scinotes/src/java/jflex/scilab.jflex (Lines #237-)
Clement refused to invert this commit (that damaged other Scinotes improvements over 3 years). I don't know why.
