I won't commit a specific CSS file until the Scilab help viewer is changed.
As previously noticed, the current help viewer does not take any CSS style into account, only HTML 4 attributes.
This is why the implementation will be only with rtl attributes in tags, that are supported by both current browsers (for online pages) and Scilab's
viewer.
