BUG DESCRIPTION:

I am implementing an hydroelectric library on Xcos with Modelica. I am calling Modelica functions in my code but I get this error: "Use of not yet
implemented feature: Predefined operator "sample"". Is there any way to implement Modelica functions on Scilab?
