There were no built toolboxes yet so there is an error. Presently this works for version 5.5 a mentioned in the description but doesn't work for the
latest build (6.1). A simple correction would be changing the repository URL manually in /modules/atoms/etc/repositories from 
http://atoms.scilab.org/6.1 to something that has a package built already (presently http://atoms.scilab.org/6.0 works)
