Diagram position after multi monitor save, reopened stays out of view.

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
-------------------------
Save a diagram on the second monitor and close it. Undock your laptop and reload or open the file on another pc with a different monitor setup and
the window stays out of sight. Then it can be maximized to the current active monitor, but a better solution was a movement to a viewable position
after another try to focus it per click.
