yes, with extra tags with empty contents like
<refnamediv xml:id="anotherReference"></refnamediv>

But you must be sure that the xml:id stands unique in the whole Scilab documentation.
You can't add the same xml:id to different pages. This would make the doc builder stopping with an error.

By the way, it is better to ask question like this on the mailing lists. Bugzilla is not a forum.
You would have got an answer earlier, without waiting for 6 years, and this report would have been likely useless.
