When Scilab is quit while the help browser is opened,
restarting Scilab restores the help windows BEFORE autoloading ATOMS modules are loaded.
Then, the help browser ignores them.

The help browser should be restored AFTER ATOMS autoloadings.
Or loading an ATOMS module should update the help browser.

Please reopen this valid report.
