setlanguage ja
help covStart    // => Welcome page

setlanguage ru
help covStart    // => Welcome page

Same thing for the 3 other pages of the module.
Online:
The completion in the search field well proposes the covStart etc entries, even from the fr, ja, pt or ru portals, but then pages are not found:
