Fix proposed on review @ https://codereview.scilab.org/#/c/19410

It includes
 a) the usage of %s and %z when processing polynomials in s or z
 b) a full revision of the help page, including 
   - a warning and how-to for other polynomials
   - many improvements about undocumented features
