BUG DESCRIPTION:
----------------
This bug only occurs on MacOSX which has a particular way of managing menus: there's only one active menubar at a time on top of screen, which
changes dynamically with window focus.
When the user cancels "Restore files from your last session", then the SciNotes windows opens, but all items of the menus (File Edit Format ..
Execute) are inactive, i.e. all items are greyed out. To obtain a working menu, you have to do one of the following:
1-click in the command window then select the SciNotes window
2-open a file by clicking the dedicated icon
3-dock the SciNotes window
