<pre>Very bad news: The Scilab help viewer does nor render the rtl attribute...
The problem is that this viewer/browser is an included-as-a-whole external component, and fixing it for Scilab is not probable.
There are some plan to replace it (it was in the SOCIS 2016), but have yielded nothing actually included in Scilab:

This makes me still more motivated to work on uman() to make it able to call the web browser (in w mode) to view LOCAL (offline) HTML help pages.
Unfortunately, it will be the only way to get RTL pages displayed in the right way.
I will work on that. I hope it will be available for the pending uman 3.0 release.
But please, push the set of pages on ATOMS!</pre>
