<pre>@Soumitra: It is not the problem here: The issue is reported for Scilab 5.5.2, and the reported URL 5.5 is correct, and this matches the date of the
report vs dates of current Scilab versions.
It was likely an issue for accessing to internet, may be an undeclared proxy (preferences), etc.</pre>
