Delete your SCIHOME/configuration.xml file

Hi all,

Due to an error of CTRL+X and CTRL+C management, I had to modify Scilab 
configuration file (Revision 24023).

Please delete your SCIHOME/configuration.xml file and restart Scilab so 
that these modifications will be taken into account.
