Hello,

The last windows nightly build (1226506170) has a problem.
When I start Scilex or WScilex, the following error message is printed:

C:\Program Files\scilab-master-1226506170\bin>Scilex
scilex can't launch scilab.
Error code : 5
Accès refusé.
