Hi,
Just a few comment :
1) I'm not too fond of the name uiputfile(), while have I don't have any
great suggestion, I'd prefer uicreatefile().
2) "*.*" default for file mask seems too DOS-centric. Why not "*" ? (Btw,
are dotfiles displayed by default ?)
