Hello Sebastien,

You have a few solutions:
* Try:
rm scilab-5.1-alpha-1.app/Contents/MacOS/lib/scilab/libstdc++.*
or
scilab-5.1-alpha-1.app/Contents/MacOS/lib/thirdparty/*libstdc++* 
* download the beta1 of Scilab 5.2.0 which is pretty stable and fixes some other issues under Mac OS X (like
keyword shortcuts, docking system, etc).
