Latests versions of Tcl/Tk use Tile as theme engine, so the ugly
look and feel is an old story now... Moreover, one of the advantages
of Tk is the packer. There will never be such a widget placement
algorithm with uicontrols, since Scilab has chosen the Matlab way;
too bad :-(
