Bug patches

I found two bugs namely,

   - 6729 ( http://bugzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6729 ) which needs a
   change in documentation. The proper place will be the place where adiition
   is explained and the palce where different matlab specific stuffs are
   explained.I am not very sure. Please help and could you also please tell me
   if I do any change in the docs who shuould I contact to commit the changes
   in main repository.
   - 6520 ( http://bugzilla.scilab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6502 ) which needs to
   change the code. Do I need to change the code or create a patch?Please help
   me.

I reproduced all the bugs in Windows.
