Update to jgraphx-1.4.0.1

Hello,

For your information, we just increased the minimal jgraphx dependency
[1]. For using Xcos or Metanet from the master branch, you then need the
1.4.0.1 release [2].

The pre-requirements repository has been updated accordingly.
