mpscilab multi precision toolbox

Hi,I would like to contact Mr.Matt Arsenault or Mr.Jonathan Blanchardto see if I can download a compiled unstable/unfinished vertion of the mpscilab toolbox.I only need basic functions like:addsubdivmulneg   (a -> -a)compare (a>b ?)floor  (1.1->1.0)log
But I don't know how to program in C, and I am quite new to scilab (so I can't create my own toolbox for thoose simple fonction...)
Does anyone know how I could joint them?
