How can I do it?

Dear SciLab Master,
My name's Nimuhammad Yusoh.I'm a student of Prince of Songkla University,Thailand.
I want be a partner of  this great freeware,but I have some problem and need your help to solve it.
My problem is..................
In last year,I create a program about Cubic Polynomials using java laguage.
And now,I want to take this program into SciLab's library,but I don't know how to do that.
May you help me,please?
