Code generated by GIWS is indeed cross platform.
We are building it on a daily bases under Windows, GNU/Linux & Mac OS X.
We know it is working fine under BSD & Solaris.
It compiles fine with gcc, clang, visual studio, Intel compiler and Sun
compilers...
