Atoms and private Dll

Hi,

I've build a custom package for my company, i've made a Inno Setup
installer, and wondering if i can use the Atoms system to publish it.
But, the module use one private Dll of my companie to interface with
acquisitions boards.
Did Atoms permits such modules in its tree ?
If yes, is there specific stuff i should do before the submission ?
