We were not aware of problems under newer Macs with Scilab 5.4.0. Could you ask one of them to report a bug with details ? About the graphic itself, they are either bugs on our side or in the graphic driver of your system (usually, Java is not responsible. Java is only catching the critical error). We are working on fixing them. I have a lot o graphic windows on my monitor screen and they all get down onto the task-bar. I want to see window number 39, but all I can see is "Graphic ... ". This is a redundant information. Can't we just show the window numbers, since the little icon tells me that these are scilab graphic windows?? May be you can give an option in Preferences? The book will be published by les ?ditions D-BookeR (www.d-booker.fr) in partnership with Scilab Enterprises. First modules on Scilab bases and Xcos are expected by Spring 2013. Each module on the mentionned topics may form a short textbook, with examples and good pratices. Cases studies on various Scilab use in any professional areas are also welcome. The capacitor has the option of set its initial voltage, I want to do something similar to an inductor: set its initial current. I?ve looked the capacitor model in Modelica?s file (Electrical.mo) and it has no setting of the initial voltage. But in XCOS when I set the initial voltage in a capacitor and click in start modelica, the inicial voltage is there. I inserted a value in the initial current field of the inductor, but the simulation ignored it. I tried to change the interfacing function of the inductor but it didn?t work. How can I set the initial current on an inductor? -- View this message in context: http://mailinglists.scilab.org/Set-the-intial-current-on-an-inductor-tp4025587.html Sent from the Scilab developers - Mailing Lists Archives mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
