Setting parameter with selected box

Hi
I implement my module (external module)
In my module. I use selected box to setting parameter.
I know that only GUI control support selected box.
I can use GUI control to setting parameter for my block.
But I don't know method to save my setting after I change parameters.

ex:
Default value
a =1
b = case1
c=abc
I change
a = 2
b = case2
c=tuyu
How to save value after I change for my block to simulation.
