Installation Issues

Hi,
This is my first time working on Scilab, and I want to work on developing
Blas module but I cannot install it properly, I'm facing problem in
building appropriate repositories , like for flexdock, 1.1.1 version is
needed, but in repositories only 0.5 ver is available, so I have install it
manually.

So if somebody knows some other method, rather than to exhaustively build
each dependency, please suggest me.
By the way, I'm using Fedora  15
