[Scilab-Dev] how to get block parameter

I have diagram the same

I want to get parameter of block to display.
Ex:
GENSIN_f block parameters Magnitude: 1 Frequency(rad/s): 1 Phase (rad): 0

What's scilab support it ?
Can't tell me method to do this, please.
