[Scilab-Dev] démarrage de scilab

hi everybody,

  Actually ,I use scilab-5.4.0 on windows and now,it don't want to restart
and display :" Could not create a Scilab main class. ( we have not been able
to find the main scilab class. Check if the scilab and thirdparty are
available) ".

  So,what to do to restart scilab?
