[Scilab-Dev] Error in Compilation

Hello

I am making some final changes to the patch for the search field in palette
manager.

Now. after issuing the make command, I get this error :

src/c/matfile_manager.h:13:31: fatal error: matio.h: No such file or
directory
compilation terminated.
make[2]: *** [libscimatio_algo_la-matfile_manager.lo] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory
`/home/rushi/git/internship/scilab/scilab/modules/matio'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/rushi/git/internship/scilab/scilab/modules'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1


I get the message 'Build Successful' but afterwards the above error pops
up. Guidance required.
