[Scilab-Dev] Request for subscription

Hello

I have submitted patches and also reported a bug on Scilab's Bug Tracker .
I would like to inquire whether I am entitled for a subscription to the
mailing list : bugzilla at lists.scilab.org . Seeking guidance , help
appreciated .
