[Scilab-Dev] Compilation Improvement

Hello

I am solving reported bugs in Scilab and everytime I wish to see my changes
or patches , I have to wait for quite some time after issuing 'sudo make
install' . Is there a quicker way to achieve the result ? Any sort of help
is appreciated .
