[Scilab-Dev] SIVP Loading error

I am trying to execute builder.sce in sivp-0.5.3, I have scilab 5.5.1, but it gives me an compilation error.

I have built and installed scilab, as well as installed opencv (http://www.samontab.com/web/2014/06/installing-opencv-2-4-9-in-ubuntu-14-04-lts/)
How to solve this problem?
