[Scilab-Dev] SIVP Loading error

Yep of course ; if your system is an x86_64 machine running an x86_64
OS, you have to use an x86_64 Scilab and librairies.

Avoid mixing i686 and x86_64 librairies on the same system, as this
produce hard to debug issues.
