[Scilab-Dev] ui tables: a review of helpful features

Hello,

ui.table as an uicontrol interactive graphical component was added to 
Scilab in 2010. However, users cases have shown that this release was 
hardly an alpha version. Several bugs or missing features were reported 
on Bugzilla about it. This interactive component remains much needed, 
beyond the current alpha version that cannot really be used. A review of 
features that would be useful is now reported on the Scilab wiki:

The list of features is quite long, and some priorities are suggested.
Indeed, this ui.component is a "2D" one and is more complex than basic 
uicontrol styles. It may have also many distinct applications.

As decided by Scilab's team, the upgrade of this component has a high 
priority for the GSOC2016.
