I cannot believe that such a trivial property (undergraduate math. level)
has not been taken into account: the characteristic polynomial of a real
matrix has real coefficients. I am very disappointed because this problem
was easy to detect before the initial release of Scilab 6.0, since test_run
cascd ss2tf fails. See the proposed fix @
