    After some work, this proves to occur only for files whose names

    start with "%", which is a special character for URLs.<br>

    So, it is likely a bug in CodeReview itself, not in the Scilab

    infrastructure (unless managing "%" in filenames is configurable in

    CodeReview).<br>
