GSoC (Scilab)

Hi, I would like to participate in Google Summer of Code in Scilab project, "PDE module" subproject.
I'm a student at Dnipropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. I'll get my master degree in Applied Math in May this year. Also I have 2 year professional development in c++ and i have good knowledges in math. I was a winner allukrainian students competition in math.
In period between 21 May and 24 August I can work for 40 hours per week.
How can I convince you that I am the right person?
Maybe I should make some test tasks or fix some bug?
