Of course it is possible and we would be happy to have Scilab in Arabic. The documentation format in Scilab has been changed to the standard docbook. It is available in Scilab 5. You can checkout the sources from the svn and get the help pages from it. Please note that we are also translating Scilab itself. We use Launchpad from the Ubuntu project: https://translations.launchpad.net/scilab/ However, I think this would need some work for the "from right to left" alphabet. I fail to build windows version with Russian localization with MS Visual Studio Express. If someone can build it then I'll check it on Windows with great pleasure. But you need following files locale\....\scilab.mo and modules\localization\jar\org.scilab.modules.localization.jar you can copy these two files from your linux machine to Windows binary and this establish a test environment. If I am right, DOS console 'scilex.exe' can display your language but Java console 'WScilab.exe' will fail.
