Yep, I will test this later. We have Vorona working on the russian
localization and I think it is working for him.

Hmm, what do you mean by this ?
To add a new language in Scilab, under Linux at least, I must update the
variable ALL_LINGUAS in the configure.ac and to copy localization files
for each module and that is!
