Yes, that is also one of the reasons why we are trying to rally some
people behind this group.

And join a team and possible an email list and get my proofreader to
join the team just for the sake of proofreading... I'm not saying it's
to much work, I'm just saying it's more bureaucracy.

Well, that would be fine by me (although more bureaucracy). But I am
unsure if the rest here will agree with it, because they value the
options for people to contribute without being part of the team. If
you do this, and e.g. assign the Croatian translation to Yuri, then
only he will be able to contribute to it. No other Croatians that just
happens to drop by. So I don't know if that is ok. In any case it
seems that you guys have a good thing going here and I don't want to
mess that up. I'm just throwing around some ideas, so now you can
decide if you want to make a change and then afterwards I will decide
if I can contribute.
