help me (how to make a plot of system)

Dear,guys

Can you help me how to make a plot of system with Scilab if I have the system like this 

sys= 0.4 / (z - 0.9)   ---> in matlab to produce this, I write : sys=tf(0.4,[1 -0.9],1); step(sys)
