Using Scilab 4.1.2 - but will switch to 5 soon - what GUI concept to use ?

I'd like to create some simple GUI system, but I don't know much about 
options I have under Scilab. There is a number of contributions on this 
matter... There also seems that GUI has benn enhanced under ver 5. What GUI 
to use and where to find more info on how to use it ?

What is most common GUI concept used under Scilab ? Any examples ?
