scilab 5.0.1 No quapro toolboxe

In help file is written "linpro has been moved to a external contribution.
Please download quapro toolboxe.
http://www.scilab.org/contrib/index_contrib.php?page=download.php ", but I
don't found this toolbox following the reference. Where is this toolbox?
