javasci in Scilab-5.x.x

Hi,
I am trying to call Scilab5.0.3 from Java (I am using EasyEclipse). I 
set all variables like SCI, PATH, etc (I hope good) but when I am run my 
application I get the error message that
Javasci.dll initialization is failed and an extra error window appears :
“Runtime Error, R6034, An application has made attempt to load C 
runtime library incorrectly..”
Any body had that problem?
I was able to call Scilab4.x.x from Java successfully. Anybody can do it 
with Scilab5.x.x.
