Sure. I don't think any useful answer to your problem can be proposed without
seeing your code.

Please provide it along with detailed explanations about:
  - how you run it
  - in what Scilab version
  - on what platform
  - where you set the breakpoint and how you do it (from the debugger or
directly using setbpt?)
  - and any other detail you think could be relevant.
